Freshly Squeezed is back! Officially.
And with such a loaded edition, you won’t be disappointed. The community spirit in Lagos is clearly blooming.
The week kicks off with a public holiday to celebrate Lagos💖, ramps up the spooky vibes with everything from candlelit pumpkin carving to pet costume parades🐶, and closes out with arm balances and Sunday roasts. Plus art nights, quiz battles, and enough social gatherings to fill your calendar twice.

You may, or may not be aware, that the space formerly known as The Seed has dropped its offspring — and from that, a new space has sprouted🌱 (with new ownership): Algarve Alchemy. It continues to be a space for growth and transformation, with many of the same offerings, but also some fresh new ones.
They have regular classes as well as weekly special events, like this Arm balance workshop with Julie, which is sure to be a fun challenge :).
