Hi team,
Wow, what a week; one so full of parties and events, this morning after yoga I had to go home and take a long nap shavasana😅. Its definitely time for a week of doing nothing. Thank goodness Christmas is right around the corner.
But first, the coming week is sprinkled with all the best community events, so don’t go into couch+food-coma mode just yet.
